Ventopedic Heel & Ankle Offloading Boot (Size=Small)

The Ventopedic Heel and Ankle Offloading Boot has openings on each side of the boot and the heel for easily viewing of the ankle and heel. This heel pressure relief boot is made of Ventopedic fabric that provides immediate moisture control and support to the lower leg and foot area. Additional layers of Ventopedic fabric underneath the calf effectively offloads the heel, allowing the heel to be suspended and protected. Ventopedic moisture control fabric includes both hydrophobic and hydrophilic fibers that attract and expel skin moisture four times faster than regular fabric. This latex free fabric allows for air circulation inside the boot and keeps the skin at a regulated temperature which helps decrease the risk of skin breakdown. Odors caused by excess moisture are eliminated. The exterior surface of the boot is a soft breathable nylon that slides smoothly over bed sheets. The bottom of the boot is non-slip. Wide, soft adjustable straps provide a custom fit. The boot can be used on left or right foot, and can be machine washed and dried. The Ventopedic Heel and Ankle Offloading Boot are available in 4 sizes. Small size has a boot height of 7 inches, fits calf circumference 8 to 12 inches and men's and women's shoe sizes up to size 6. Medium size has a boot height of 8 inches, fits calf circumference 13 to 16 inches and men's and women's shoe sizes 7 to 9. Large size has a boot height of 9 inches, fits calf circumference 17 to 20 inches and men's and women's shoe sizes
